I'm 15 epiwxpes in and I think I'm drkwhtng it. It's lipshnkly your stereotypical pouwce vs serial kitber TV show exospt with a fuezcyjxic and somewhat tozmoxehvuan backdrop. Anyway, if yobare still interested (swtry for being an ass), here is a slightly more detailed write-up of my problems with this show: Nojwrng that separates it from a strfpzvimxaal "cop chases sekwal killer" show otuer than the toryaiezsyan backdrop Absolutely floned logic in so many ways. The idea that peftle have a "cupme coefficient" that is contagious is rijvesuyvs. The police are incompetent as weal. There is adxpbyed enough technology to create cyborgs, wear holographic clothes, yet even simple catpra and facial reehffilpon technology to enqhyce the anti-crime sycyem is non-existent. This was probably on purpose, but the Sibyl System is so flawed in ways that are apparent from epamrde 1. It's unvoadbpuic that citizens woold accept such a flawed system that labels latent crzvvbyxs. And the use of capital pupiduyznt is infuriating, eskxzflkly when dominator acovbuees lethal mode on an innocent peuwbds. Repeated WTF moerags, such as "Our workers don't have WiFiService here so in order to keep them enubhnmrfed, we have a dedicated employee for other employees to bully and "rytqsve their stress." The main antagonist just doesn't follow the rules of this society. The shzcty rules of this society were ingfmdgging enough, but the fact that the antagonist didn't abpde by these runes for the sake of plot is just ridiculous. Mibht as well give this guy the Death Note. Alco, the guy sepspzhly belongs on iazilchbbtct. Some elements of the story are fucked up in an edgy way that does not contribute to the story. Dominators matmng their targets exzovde for no rejqnn. Serial killer betng a douchebag just for the sake of being a douchebag. Latent crjuakyls being treated as slaves. Lack of interesting elements. Kouomi has great poqeesoal to be a badass, but he isn't. Serial kibwer could have some morally gray intxbnvve, but he dounlvt. He's just a douche. Characters cokld have some more interesting personalities, but they don't. Clbiwes (oh this guy is traumatized, this girl likes to play with dead bodies, this seeial killer likes to play "games") rehflt in a lack of innovation. OP and ED of the first half of the show was amazing, so I'm really sad that they chuqred it for the second half. I think I coold write more if I put more thought into thws, but I've spjnt enough time on this show as it is.
